Here you go, this will give you some insight into some of the available cams. https://www.hdforums.com/forum/milwa...m-testing.html
There have been a number of new offerings since this was done, like the CycleRama 480, but this will give you a lot of information. The RS468 is a really good torque cam, but if you are looking for something that pulls from idle on up like the stock cam, then the TTS100 is the way to go.
I looked at all the graphs of torque cams, weighed in the fact I have a Harley extended, and went with SE tuner and torque cam. I got the S&S lifters and cam bearing and cups and pushrods. My warranty is intact, no worries. I will tell you one thing straight up, this thing PULLS LIKE A TRACTOR. I cant see anyone wanting more, other than true speed freaks, not riders. look at the comparison graphs, the difference is a **** hair in real world application. while in there, invest $150 on the 2022 oil pump, I got mine free under extended, and got a nice offset on labor for cam sway since tech was already in there to upgrade pump. I told dealer I had no problem with sumping, they didn't care, and replaced it anyway. (total labor=$200)
I'm running a Woods 22X in mine. It makes more power than the HD torque cam and is biased a bit more towards the torque than the hp end. I was set to buy the Redshift 268 until the folks at Fuel Moto told me the 268 was harder to tune than the 22X. Got my Power Vision map from Fuel Moto. That being said, if I had a TTS tuner instead of the Power Vision I would go with their 100 cam. So what tuner you use should be part of the decision. Also, I certainly don't need or want more power than this setup provides. Surprisingly, my valve train is quieter than stock because I could set the adjustable pushrods deeper. I'm sure the Hylift Johnson lifters don't hurt either.

Just purchased a 2017 Freewheeler with the 107. Feeling that low range might be the greatest benefit in a trike, would something like the TTS100 with slip-ons and high-flow work well in it?

As long as it's tuned properly that cam seems to give a nice low/mid range torque boost. Lots of great options out there, and if you wanted to look Fuel Moto has a ton of dyno graphs that should give you a great idea of which cam and supporting mods would give you the kind of power delivery you desire.
Largely based on @$tonecold generous sharing of his and Steve's work, no question the TTS-100 cam was for me. It's being installed now, seeing as winter in Minnesota ain't riding season.
The Pro Shop I went with said he 'normally' does Zipper's Red Shift 468. Well yeah, because most bikes he sees are touring, not cruisers like my Heritage. RS 468 has the highest torque peak of any aftermarket cams I've seen - BUT - that peak occurs at mid range rpm. If you're big into touring, that might be the cam for you. If you're into cruising, with lots of stops and starts and hills, you want that torque at lowest rpm you can get - the rpm AFTER you shift - not before you shift. You want the torque to accelerate - not for on-highway passing.
Armed with this knowledge you can pick the cam for your rpm application. By the way, the TTS-100 is a significant torque improvement over Woods 22X.
