Hello, I have a 22 Lowrider ST with roughly 3500 miles. I noticed a loud horn like noise when the fuel pump primes a few weeks ago. I checked the fuel filter / strainer and they were both very dirty (black). I put a new filter / strainer in and the noise stopped. Rode the bike about 500 miles with no issues and the noise is back. Just curious if anyone else has had similar issues?

Do you have a lock on your gas cap?
I wasn't even aware this filter exists, learning a lot of new stuff today.
My wife's 2012 sportster does it for a few seconds when I start it. I thought it was from the bike sitting without being ridden for long periods. It only happens when it priming and is gone by the time the motor is running.
