Thinking of painting my Heritage next Spring, so Photoshopping some options.
Still tinkering with colours, some blacked-out parts and other options (not found a finned air cleaner cover like I've mocked up here, but sure looks good).
I definitely want to remove the studs from the bags and seat, not sure about the all-black exhaust.
I'm liking the 'US Navy' pale blue from the old 1944 'U' models
Will likely be fitting black beach bars too

Colour is a very personal thing, however, that US Navy pale blue does look good and provides that retro vibe.
Same comment as others about the logo - I like no.5 but see where you are coming from with no.8 - similar in style to markings on navy vessels.
As far as the Air Cleaner cover is concerned, the nearest I've seen, albeit you need a Air Cleaner kit, is the Contrast Cut Finned HiFlow 606 Air Cleaner System Harley M8 from DK Customs.
