I have a RWD on my Sport Glide. No mounting issues at all. Hand laid fiberglass. 23 lbs. shipping weight. The gel coat could have been a bit better. I went to 10 inch mini apes for windshield clearance. The Sport glide has pretty low bars. About $1,500 for the fairing and mounts. No drilling required.
did you have to trim it for fork clearance. Shipping weight of 23 pounds must be without the brackets no? Fxrt fairing’s add about 30 pounds all together.

There you go. Bolts up pretty much like the fxrt fairing. How much are they getting for that kit?
Saw a post on reddit that someone was saying about $1100 USD, 799 for the fairing and another 300 for the brackets. It's still not up on the website but the video says it'll be available first through their distributors.

$1100 I think is just the fairing. Another 450 for brackets, still thats not bad .
Likely less than trying to source all the parts directly from HD and I've heard that advan black's paint matches up perfectly.
agreed, I think they will sell very well. That is a great install video. The thing with the fxrt fairing is there is not alot of installing videos. Jd did provide me with pictures that showed me all I needed. That block head video of the st on the 2020 was a lot of work.
I have seen the recent klock werks videos. Very well done. Back in my day we were not so fortunate. My day was a year ago pre klock werks 😂. I will say jd custom’s fairing comes pretty much all put together, this making the riddle pretty easy to solve.

Thanks for posting this ! This is something I will definitely look into. I like that its already painted, uses the stock headlight and the lines are closer to a ST fairing. Personally I would prefer the inner faring to be a matte black.Would like to see some road test videos too.

I had a couple questions about the AdvanBlack ST fairing.
1. Will the stock ST windshields and by default, aftermarket windshields fit their fairing or do you have to use the AB windshield.
Answer: The person I chatted with at AdvanBlack didn't know.
2. Will their top mounting bracket work with the stock ST fairing components.
Answer: They're not selling the mounting brackets by themselves, you have to buy the fairing kit to buy them.
