The manual says the level should be between the add and full marks. You’re good, but if you insist on adding, a couple of ounces should be okay without overfilling.

Does anyone know how much transmission fluid is between the ADD and FULL marks?

Judging by the Harley Owners manuals, not even Harley knows how much tranny fluid gets it to the full mark. Much less the amount to go from ADD to FULL. They say add 28 ounces, then fill to between the add/full mark.
I now just dump a quart into the tranny and run it. I check tranny and engine fluids frequently. Only check the primary if the tranny fluid is low. I have not had any transference issue between tranny and primary since adding the primary vent, and only running the quart of fluid.
The book says 24 ounces. If checked on the side stand the way the book says, it will barely show on the stick. A full quart shows "full" on the stick, so now I just put in a quart and forget about it.
