2025 Heritage
Thank God I bought my Heritage last year.
I would love those wheels on a bike.
I dont like that 2 into 1 but lots and lots and lots of harley riders ****ing love them, So that also makes total sense.
I dont get why people have to nitpick to **** and forget that other people have different style preferences, especially when it comes to harley but... At least realize yall that the bike that you like wont be the bike that the next rider likes.
You know how many people think the new fat boy nacelle is trash and the scathing **** that bike got?
But hey, It got this 30 something to buy one and ****in loves it years later still. Harley's been itching to get younger riders onto their bikes, this one worked at least once.
That bike is crazy popular in Germany for customization too.
I can say "Not my style but I get how someone else can like it."
I dont like the wagon wheel mags but hey, lots of people seem to like them, and you know what, that's ok.
The only criticism I have is just go back to base black FFS. No one wants flat *** grey on the base bike unless its a Lowrider ST, or something like that.
Actually the grey with the pinstripe on the fat boy kinda looks nice. But Fat Boy historically has always looked real nice in grey anyways.

You can do a tubeless laced wheel with center mount points along the rim. Look at the MV Agusta Dragster wheels.
Don't know if its cost cutting or what, sometimes Harley misses the mark. Let a classic be classic.
Black pipe n the pin stripe are "meh, this year. Also Chrome pipe and polished engine covers on the street bob? Hmmm
I rode laced wheels for years and never had puncture and I prefere the traditional look of the classic laced wheels for the Heritage...

News flash to those people - you're not the only person on the planet.

Anyhow, I too don't like tubes out on the road, especially when the tire is so damn stiff and hard to dismount to patch or replace the tube. True, rarely have I ever had a flat on a motorcycle tube, but all I need is that one time, and I'm going to be darned unhappy.
To that end, there are the various techniques for sealing spoke nipples. Be it goo or tape, or a combination of both. True, it screws up your ability to turn the spoke nipples, but it also does let you go tubeless, so you can indeed plug a nail hole in the tire and continue to ride. At some point, I probably will do this to my spoked wheels.
I also far prefer the rigidity of a cast wheel. However, I will admit that my '23 Heritage's spoke wheels have no discernible flex to them. They feel quite solid, stable and good, in turns and while riding in stupid stuff, like Jeep trails. Now when/if the spokes start to stretch and get loose, I will sing a different tune. Retensioning spokes and retruing a spoked wheel are jobs I don't especially enjoy. It's a fine touch and art to doing it well, and I seem a bit too ham-fisted at it usually.
Not sure what the purpose of the 2 into 2 is? if they would have up sized the saddlebags, I get it and it might not look so bad.
If I were to buy one Id take the tank badge emblem off & put a CVO Bar & Shield style (aftermarket badge) on, I'd go with a chrome exhaust (dual) which I think would satisfy the chrome junkies (like me) better. I dont mind the spokes but would prolly put the cast rims on. truth be told by the time I did all of what I would want to do Id be better off on a limited. Oh & the price was a little out there at just under 26K as per the salesman.
The Best of Harley-Davidson for Lifelong Riders
If they put it on the rest of the Softails, the purpose was vertical integration. Anywhere there's items in storage (inventory), the less SKU's the better.
