Default Almost ready to mod :)

I have all my parts for stage 1 and 2 which I'll do at the same time, but I've been in limbo waiting for PV4 that supports my new 2025 Fat Boy.

DynoJet just announced pre-order for PV4 for 2023.5 and later with G26 ECU, so I jumped right on it. It'll be along in about 4 weeks.

Its gonna be a long 4 weeks waiting for that tuner...

So I'm throwing on:

Cobra Speedster Slashdown exhaust
Screamin Eagle pro extreme intake
Andrews 485 cam
S&S cam plate
S&S oil pump
koyo-torrington inner cam bearing
S&S Lifters
S&S cam chain tensioner
S&S lifter cuffs
Fuel moto pushrods

Exciting. Try not to order a 128 big bore kit while you're waiting

All the waiting is melting my head. Ive got everything I need except the tuner.

On the upside I've got about 500 miles on the new bike in the meantime. I just have to live with knowing people are saying "Was that a sewing machine that just went by?"

I would recommend considering a billet compensator ramp, S&S 55mm ported intake manifold, and 5.5 injectors as well.

The stock plastic intakes are known to warp and cause air leakage issues.

This is good advice. In fact, I would consider these are "required". When I installed my CR480 the comp was immediately unhappy at idle. I checked with Fuel Moto and they said they have seen the same. I would have replaced it over the winter, but lost that bike to an accident.

The S&S camplate and pump are nice pieces, but not really necessary in the later M8 years. But hey, if it's in the budget why not.

I can see the reasoning behind the intake manifold and injectors, but whats the rationale for the compensator ramp?

With current upgrades I'm not thinking my torque and hp are going to be so jacked that this should be considered a must have part?

In for a penny, in for a pound. After some research I've decided to add these mods as well. Seems like the smart move.

Thanks for the advice
