Curious is any of you have put the Hogworks hard bags on your '25 Heritage. Will they work with the factory slip on? I believe Hogworks says the exhaust must be below the rear axle. Will the factory exhaust satisfy this requirement?
The '25 models already have a 2 into one. Pic below is a better pic of my bike and the exhaust appears to lie below the axle. I'm about to add an S&S slip on and I expect it to still fall below the axle but I"m curious if anyone else with a '25 has done the upgrade.
I switched to hard bags on my '23, but I already had D&D fatcat before I got the hard bags, pic in my sig. the '25 exhaust looks real close, and its below the axle nut in the back so Id bet the standard hardbags will bit, not sure about the stretched ones. FWIW, I bought my bags from Ebay, fraction of hog workz price. I did use their bracket/hanger kit, but I wasnt completely convinced id stay with the hardbags so I went cheap. No regrets.
Conversed with Hogworks yesterday. Per them it still won't work with the factory exhausts. I'm pretty disappointed to be honest. I was hoping for a different outcome.

Thanks and ride safe. Gorgeous bike!
Does that mean your right-side saddlebag is now the same size as the left or has Harley kept the same '18-'24 bag on there for parts consistency?
My bad. I should have just checked the OEM parts on the Harley website. Bottom line, yours does not have the arch at the bottom on the right-hand side?
According to the part numbers, the right-hand '18-'24 bags are, in fact, different than the '25 bags. The lids and all the other parts are the same. What that means, for some, if you have the Radius or the 2-into-1 pipes and you really wanted the additional saddlebag space and/or the symmetrical look, you could swap out your right-hand bags. $300 if you wanted to move over all the parts. $700 if you wanted a straight swap with all the parts included. Note: You would need to at least swap out your lock since, I'm sure no one wants to mess with having two different keys.
