This article says there will be a new CVO Road glide ST. There will not be any Specials and that the regular Road Glides and Street Glides will have 117" engines in them.
" In addition, we’ve uncovered evidence that the Road Glide and Street Glide – both absent from the previously announced returning models – are indeed coming for 2024, with updates drawn from their respective CVO models that were introduced last summer. We expect all of these models to be part of Harley-Davidson’s 2024 model launch event on Jan. 24."
I guess we will find out next week but it does make sense to consolidate some of the models if going to the new bodywork. No need for the ST when you can push buyers to the CVO for ‘performance enhancements’ such as inverted forks, better brakes, 121 engine, etc. Also, no need for a 107 in base model touring bikes when you can push buyers to models with higher margins. The ST models with the 117 have been very popular and probably outselling Specials. Putting the touch screen in the new bodywork basically makes the Specials obsolete. All of this streamlines production too and reduces confusion with the models.

I wonder how those big screens will hold up over time after being in blazing sunlight for a few years? Unlike autos, which have glass to block most of the UV, bikes have no such protection. Displays in boats always come with covers for exactly this reason.
My guess is these displays will begin to have issues after long exposure to sunlight but that is just a guess...

It would be nice to have just a Road Glide and Street Glide, and the ability to option (or de-option) them the way you want. No Special, no ST, just Road/Street Glide. And since the latest CVO is already a performance bagger of sorts, that would make a CVO ST kind of redundant, but I can see it if there is no "regular" ST. I would think original-equipment CF parts as mentioned in the article would add several more grand to the price.

I keep a cleaning rag in my bags. If it is hot and sunny I put it over the screen when I'm off the bike.
Official witness: regular roadglide 117 vvt, cvo roadglide 121vvt, cvo st roadglide 121vvt ho. The cvo st is a performance bagger all 3 are different, alot different . Harley did a great job with the new roadglides.
