Well the temperature indicator on the skyline screen is actually the temperature of the rear cylinder. I have no problem, I was just wondering where it was picking up the temperature from.

Manual for my 2024 RG says the lower right side widget with the temp under ride info is the coolant temp.

On a cool morning mine hovers around 197-205, but has displayed up to 234 degrees F on a hot summer day depending upon where and how I'm riding. Always figured that's normal, never gave it any thought.

Same on my 2024 RG. Mostly, running on the interstate in summer at 80+, it stays around 212 - 219*.

Agree with this. SE Tuner clearly shows the discrepancy.

My bike usually sits between 215-230 but I run my bike hard regardless of ambient temp so I wouldn’t worry too much about about your temps occasionally getting a little warm.

Who gives a chit what the date is??? Could have used this corner of the screen for anything else, MUCH more important than a friggin calendar! SMH....
