your opinion what is best 2-1-2 exhaust for our bikes , I know 2-1 make the best power but I can't stand the look of the 2-1 pipe on a bagger,
I have seeing some dyno runs and some are better than others , so what is the most popular best performer

leave yours stock, don't waste money on head pipes, stocks run great as is or put on your favorite sounding slip-ons,, a high flow AC and SEPST calibration and ride and enjoy the hell out of it, it's plenty quick and fast for most riders..most that change headers are for big performance builds or they wanted to eliminate the cat to reduce felt heat which you'd need an aftermarket tuner and competent dyno operator do it up properly, and these engines temps are much cooler than their predecessors so the cat is a non issue .. spend your money on something you will get more value out of, like comfort, functional upgrades, tires, brakes, hotels, gas, food and drinks on rides and trips
I've used Vance and Hines Power Duals headers in the past and I was planning to install them on my 2024 Street Glide, but I think mjwebb might be on to something. These bikes are plenty quick from the factory. Plus, I've called V&H today and they don't have an estimated timeframe when headers will be released for the 2024 bikes.
My data logging with a PV shows my stock 24 M8 runs allot hotter than my twincam, twin cam slightly modified. I’m looking at a catless head pipe just for reduction of felt heat, will tune with power vision or have it tuned.
Ventilator a/c, fuelmoto 2-1-2 ss head pipe, CVO mufflers with 2" fullsac mufflers is on the shelf, 9k miles on the bike and she seems solid. FTW
I prefer the Fuel Moto Jackpot header. It's stainless and has a removeable torque insert. Fit and finish is very good and the price is reasonable. The new bikes still do get hot at the catalytic converter. Mine turned the heat shield blue in a few thousand miles. (24 CVO)

What temps are you comparing? Engine temps? Head temps? Oil temps?
Seems odd to me that an engine with liquid cooled heads is running warmer than an air-cooled engine.

I'm seeing the liquid cooled heads are running about 100 degrees cooler than the oil cooled heads. Staying closer to 210 degrees vs 300+. That does not change the temperature of the exhaust/catalytic converter though.
