Get an A/C like this one that actually works. Easily plug the inlet from the hot oily air from the transmission cover.
Costs half the cost of others and really works.

I've had that air cleaner on for ~40,000 miles and have a spare filter I swap out every oil change ~3,000 miles and it's always dry and spotless inside...not understanding why anyone would want to plug the vent hose to stop the breathing by design...ingesting 'hot oily air' is much ado about nothing in these new CC powertrains, plugging the vent hose is a solution looking for a problem, imo anyway

Plugging the vent hose by design? Its a design by an engineer being forced to route gasses down the intake by the EPA not the filter!
We can agree to disagree on this. I simply route the tube to outside air.
The HD 117ci sucks a whole bunch of air while running, especially at RPM. Place your hand over the intake and rev the motor.
There is a very large chance those Hot Oily Gasses make it to your combustion chamber.
Zero chance it happens on mine! Ill take my odds any day.
Its your bike, do it your way!
Cheers

previous versions of SE AC kits had the breather tubes go directly into the TB / intake and it made a mess..now the vent hole is way up top with no tubes protruding in, nowhere near the intake and it's bone dry and spotless every time..no harm in what you're doing, but it's insignificant and I'm sure the vast majority of owners (a few hundred thousand of these CC bikes now) realize that and aren't bothering with it..but it makes you feel good so
edit: one thing you may already know though, is if in the rare event you break down with a powertrain related failure that requires a warranty claim, be sure to reroute to OEM config as that is considered tampering with the emissions system which is a stated violation of your powertrain warranty terms and conditions. I'm sure a claims adjuster would be happy to notice that which would allow them an off ramp to honoring the claim.

I suppose you missed the part about vacuum Oh well, some folks like to argue, I said we could agree to disagree and its your bike do it your way!
As far as warranty goes, unlike the PNW greenies.
Our HD dealers out here take care of their customers. If a problem should arise they would reinstall the stock pipes and rehook up the Hot Air Gasses Hose, before any HD rep from Milwaukee showed up because they also know these things are well worth it.
Any 25k to 30k HD of any year will always have these things done on my bike, and a lot of others agree. Every bike of mine has always had this done without warranty issues.

My rides take me far from home. It's very unlikely that I will break-down near any dealer that sold me a bike.
