anyone actually done a speaker only swap yet ?
Title pretty much says it .. wondering if anyone has replaced the stock speakers only. If so what did you go with and hows sound and ride quality ?

If I had it to do over again, I would. Then again, besides the stock speakers, really nothing to compare them to.

The hertz sx 165 neo really works with the stock amplifier without any other chance?

I found the hertz 165 have 4 ohms

I was wondering the same thing and hoping to hear from those who may have done the hertz 165 upgrade about quality and volume on the highway.

My state doesn't have a helmet law and I only use the speakers when cruising around without a helmet on 2-4 lane roads. On expressways I use a helmet with cardo.
Purchased them from Amazon and figured if they didn't work I'd return them.

4 ohm speakers are designed to operate at a higher impedance than the 2 ohm system, which can potentially lead to overpowering the amp and causing it to overheat and potentially fail. 4 ohm speakers require more power to produce the same sound level as 2 ohm speakers, which can be challenging for the amp to provide. The amp may generate more heat when driving 4 ohm speakers, which can lead to reduced lifespan and reliability.
They may work for now, but I would not use 4 ohm speakers on a stock 2 ohm system.
