(2) Yes had the last update done with the Impact installed..

(3) How about the Traction Control working with the IMU, EHCU, BCM and ABS?

(3) I have no clue and have never worried about this..

(4) Then let's talk about Ride Modes, can you adjust them from the Dash, as you can on a OEM bike. I do not mean switch from one mode to another as that is not working with the other modules on the bike, I mean go into setup a Custom A, or B or Track or Track plus modes.

(4) I have Custom A and B set up..

(5) People need to understand that all these other modules rely on the fact that each other knows what the other one is doing at ALL times. They interact with each other to make all the factory functions (Rider Safety Enhancements, ect.) work together and when you remove the OEM ECM that goes right out the window.

(5) I don't believe the average person who purchased these units care about that stuff, We buy these units and pay local builders to install and tune our bikes..

Lots of good Info here, but I have never worried about any of this, Back to my original question...Why would Jamie risk his reputation and Install and tune these units on his customers Bikes?
Thank you Steve.

All these things are not being told to the consumer and that's where I have an issue with it. If they were to come out and tell the truth, up front, that would be much different. Take your Custom A mode and go to the throttle response and turn it up to MAX and save, then go for a ride in that mode, then go back in and turn it down to MIN, save and ride again. Last time I was present and had a customer go do it there were no changes and this was in Jan. of 2026 with the latest updates supposedly at that time. This just why I say it doesn't work and it been this way for over a year that the product has been out to the public. The engine running issues are real as well. Were located in So. CA and we can go from Sea Level to over 8000' in about 1 1/2 hours of riding. Go out for 3 - 4 hours we can go from Sea Level at 50 degree and be in the high desert @ 4000 + ' and 120 degrees or head southeast and be in the Low desert @ 110 + degrees in 2 1/2 hours. Don't even want to talk about what happens when you get stuck in our traffic jams that are everyday anymore around here. With this varied terrain things get ugly real quickly.

If it's good enough for you that all that counts for you, but its not correct and people are having real issues and that's after Steve and Ben @ Impact even did the tuning themselves on-site on a dyno. For the record I hope they get the ECM really working as it should, but it will never be able to do all the things the OEM ECM has to do day in and day out, it just doesn't have the power in it to do it all.

You nailed it, I'll let Ben or Steve come on here and debate their product with you, I don have the knowledge or pretend to belong in the same circle as you guys, I am the average biker who sees a bike he likes, buys it and rides, It's all I am interested in, 25.000 miles so far on this Gen 2 CVO tuned with the IWS and have no issues. Ben is very accessible to his customers and addresses what ever issues one is having.
