Keeping battery charged when using high end amp and speakers in accessory mode.
Is there a set up in which, while engine is not running, but you want to listen to the radio and not kill the battery. I have arc amp/6 speaker focal set up and been told 2 songs maybe 3 songs at high volume, then the battery would die.
I am thinking the fix is some set up with a power supply converter, plugged into wall socket 120V AC to your 12 V DC current on the motorcycle.

Obviously it depends on the shape of the battery but I can listen to my tunes in accessory mode for a least 30 minutes on high volume with out a problem. and I've always had two amps.

I got cheapo battery tender hooked up... but then again I took care of my audio in the garage so I usually do not play music on the bike while in the man cave (Denon amp, 4 speakers, bluetooth, an old Dell P4 computer with monitor for research and a 32 inch flatscreen for games on Sunday)
only missing a fridge (kegerator sits in the BBQ area in the BY...)

I plug mine into battery tender and I can play for hours. but I have a new battery . Hope this helps
I can get at least a half hour out of mine, and I always have it on the tender when not rolling........I am a FIRM believer of the battery tender adding years of life to the battery, cuz I sure am hard on mine !!!

Told by whom ??? The battery killer of a non-running bike playing audio, is BASS.....If you have hard hitting, Rap/ Hip-Hop playing, you won't get past a half hour......
If you have a different genre, you'll go longer !!
