I'm helping my brother with a stereo upgrade for his 2014 Streetglide. He's pretty dead set on purchasing a package (new fairing speakers and amp), and hopefully plugging and playing. Currently looking at ordering straight from biketronics... The 7.1 speaker with their amp. Any experience out there? Good or bad. I appreciate the feedback.
Any thoughts. Hell yes!
The only thing that MAY be better than BT products is their service after the sale!
Just talked to John. even though John knew I was getting out of riding and selling their equipment I'd bought earlier this year, and still treated me like a new customer, better yet, like I'd spent thousands of $$$$ at BT. He easily could have said frick off, its your fault...not my problem.
We all expect bigger issues to be handled, but these guys take care of the small things we often overlook, both during and after the sale.
Before you start stressing over anything BT related (like me) give these guys a call....they'll take great care of you!
