If you're asking whether you can add 4 more BT speakers to your existing setup of 4 BT speakers and BT4180, absolutely. Parallel (+ to + and - to -) each of the 4 channels with 2 speakers on it. This will drop the impedance load down to 2 ohms per channel, increase your power output a bit and divide the total output power by 2 speakers per channel. Obviously the "best" way to do this is with 8 separate channels so each speaker is driven with full output from each channel but with that 4180, I think you'll be surprised at how well that works out.
Thanks, that was what I was wondering. I see quite a few people run 4 speakers on the 2 ch amps. Didn't know if the BT speakers needed more power or if the one amp would be enough.
Thanks to this forum ,I've installed my pbr 300 x 2 and kappas on an ultra 14 fairing
Now can I connect my rear kappa speakers to the same amp in parallel ?

No Sir. The kappas are 2 ohm speakers. Parallel would bring your load down to 1 ohm. You can get another X2 or go to a four channel amp. Soundstream 520.D or the Power Acoustik RZ4.2000D

Thanks for the reply, might have to go the 4 channel amp
Got the new system installed today from biketronics. New 7.1s for the fairing, new 7.1 pods, 2180 amp and sony head unit. Really impressed with the install kit. Step by step instructions, no wires to cut or figure out where they go. Simple, clean install. sounds great. Only thing I had to do was take off the passenger grab bar from under the seat. Bigger rear pods hit the bar. very happy and highly recommend their products.

We would love to see some picks if you could? I'm guessing if I went with these rear pods I would have to remove my Harley swivel tour pack Armrests.

I will post some pics as soon as the seat comes back from the upholstery shop. I did have to remove the passenger grab bar the mounts under the seat. The pods hit them. Not sure about the arm rests as I dont have those.
In this pic you can see my Harley brand arm rests, they swivel around the stock size speaker pod on each side so the passenger can get on and off. I'm thinking they would hit the 7.1 pods if there much bigger than the standard size one. I don't suppose anyone has taken a picture of the 7.1 pod beside the stock size pod?
