Default Streaming audio vs. USB audio

Using Bluetooth, I stream audio from my Galaxy Note 4 phone. For the most part, it's a clean sound. Im wondering if there's ever been a comparison between streaming audio vs. audio saved on a USB stick.

Im just curious about getting the best quality sound.

Thanks

USB is better... I got BT as well and it helps my brother when he rides my SG, as he has challenges selecting songs he likes and therefore F-s up the complete setup (while riding!!!). He can simply select his own music playlist and stream it...

Last summer on a 2 day trip (Vegas - Sedona - Vegas) he was able to mess up my system to a point where my lid speakers would NOT work anymore (and that after 1.5 hrs). I had not been on the bike on a long ride with the Lid speakers... you can imagine my mood after trying to fix it on the side of the road (30 min. - I gave up; back at home I pulled the main fuse and all was good again).

BT is good though, for making calls LOL (I really need to try it, curious if there would be a lot of noise on the mic when mic sits in the fairing...)
