Jumping on the band wagon...
Kenwood KDC-X998 HU
SS PN4.520 Amp
BT 7.1 120w speakers for the front
BT RetroKit
Infinity Kappa 62.11i's for the rear
I have 8 gauge wire to use for the Amp.
My question is will I be ok with the stock speaker wires?
I seem to remember reading that it would be fine but I have looked so deep into every forum with any kind of audio info that I can't remember where I saw that. (I think it was UN that had said it...)
Now the wait for parts and the install.
I'm hoping to get it installed before I head to Daytona Mar 11th.
Thanks.

The stock wires work, but really a cable of wires is cheap 10 - 12 bucks. I'd probably grab a roll and use thicker cables for my own piece of mind.
SOUNDS GREAT!!
I need/want to adjust the amp gains a little better.
I tried with DMM but for some reason I was not getting a voltage change so I gave up and set by ear, and my ears SUCK so I am going to try again to make sure I am getting all I can without damaging any speakers. :-)
Thanks to everyone that did all the trial and error before me and posted about it!
And Ultra, that amp install idea is BRILLIANT!
