Need help with new Sony Head unit

I purchased a new Sony Radio MEX-GS810BH CD USB Extension Bluetooth HD FM along with the new Biketronics speakers recently. Everything seems to be working great, the system is loud and clear! It took me awhile to "dial" in the sound, set the stations with XM, and Pandora, along with getting a feel for how it all works....a little bit of a learning curve for sure. The only problem I'm having, is the display light keeps dimming while on the FM mode. I have done all the trouble shooting solutions as recommended in the manual to no avail. I have searched the Sony site for info, which does not really help me with this problem. One suggestion was to "reset" it back to the factory settings and start over. Can't seem to find a reset button! Is there one? Has anyone experienced this problem? or is it something more involved? When on other modes, like USB, AUX, or a CD is playing, the display light works fine. Thanks for any help!

The reset button on the Sonys is usually behind the faceplate, its white, you will need a small object like a paperclip to press it. Make sure the radio is turned on when you reset.

I have found some settings need to be changed in each source. Also, some settings are only available when in standby or what ever its called where no music is being played
