Need help on Harman Cardin Intercom/Cb no side tone
I have a 2011 Ultra Limited. My passenger and I where on our way home from a 3 day ride the last one being rainy. The bike sat for a week. Everything seemed to be working fine until we went out last night for a ride with no intercom or sidetones. The headsets are new. We hear music from the headsets and when we ptt the music drops down properly. The int button and cb light up as well as the vox when I open it up. All the volumes are on high other than the master volume. So when I press the soft key for int setup I increase all volume....so I know this is not the issue. I called my local HD dealership and they want to book me for a diagnostic. Any ideas??

Bought a new CVO road glide a few weeks ago. Sidetone was working beautifully until I did the update and now, the Sidetone volume is barely noticeable (can only barely hear it if I push the headset to my ear in the garage at 0 mph). The dealer oddly enough confirmed that the Sidetone worked fine on a similar bike on the showroom floor both before and after the update. Surely there must be a way to adjust the Sidetone volume.

I sent my radio To Iron Cross Audio to be fixed turned to out to have water damage. They did a good job and am happy with there service. Try a reboot and see what happens and make sure your headset/intercom volume is adjusted properly. Press intercom on your radio and go into the volume setting.
