Default garage bagger stereo

First off, let me start out by saying that I love and I'm happy with my Biketronics system.

I was online last night and I came across Garage Bagger Stereo. They have a set up with a system that I'm not familiar with:
6.5" DD Audio speakers, Mojo horns and J/O 200/2 Amp.

All I can say is wow!!! They don't list pricing and I don't know about warranty or how the actual set up is done.

I'm just curious. Does anyone know anything about this set up?

Thanks!

Yeah that's Chris Lowe, he's well known in the bagger audio competition community. He's used all sorts of combinations of speakers used in the car audio competition circles. The horns are made by Memphis Audio and they're not cheap. Probably around 150 a set, the drivers not sure but DD isn't as expensive as lets say Hertz SPL's.

That set up with that amp I would bet sounds very clean and crisp, but to get the most out of it you need a 4 channel amp. Those horns will tap out before the drivers. Chris is also the same guy that brought popularity to the Diamond Audio line of amps. From all the reviews I've read, folks have preferred them after swapping out their JL 400/4 amps.

Yeah, I've seen Chris name thrown about on FB. There's a Bagger audio section. Man, I would love to have a sound off between Biketronics and one of his creations. So far, I haven't seen any set up that's better (better meaning louder, cleaner, crisper) than what Biketronics puts out. But I do know that Chris has a strong following.

If you search the entire audio world, there's better out there ---- but as a package for folks that actually ride in my opinion BT is far ahead of anyone else. When you consider the 4180 is arguably the best amp that fits in the fairing and can push 8 speakers, the warranty, water resistant, wiring kit, etc. and on top of that it sounds awesome....as a package for Harley riders man they are in their own class.

Now when you start talking audio shoot outs, I've seen bikes with two Hertz HDP4 amps (in the bags) with subs, double up lids, and a 799.00 Audison Bit One DSP. That's a different animal and really geared towards winning audio competitions in a parking lot. Could Bill and company put something together to rival a show bike....I think they absolutely could, but my personal thoughts are they are aimed at creating products for guys like us, regular guy on a bike who wants to listen to his tunes while actually riding.

I deal with Chris on some stuff! I'm running his wiring harness to a Diamond micro2 pushing hertz 6.5's & a micro4 bridged that will be pushing jl 8.8 lids when voodoo gets them done! As for Chris he know's his stuff & I wouldn't purposely call him out in a shoot out!

+1 Parking lot is easy. The real test is setting up a system that can be heard clearly @ 75 MPH.

Gang, everybody puts out videos of their bikes in the garage and they always sound great. All weekend , my Biketronics stereo sounded great at 90mph from charlotte to Durham.
Respect to Chris but I don't know why I even started this thread, I love my Biketronics system.
