Default Crutchfield Service

Just have to give some nice cred to Crutchfield for their awesome customer service. Last November I bought a pair of Polk DXi 690's on closeout for $75 + a (3) year warranty for another $10. Fast forward to this past weekend when I injured one of them. Think I may have contributed a bit from some hard use to impress some friends, but who knows. I can say I did like the way they played my tunes. Yesterday I made a quick phone call, a few phone prompts and I was connected to customer service. A couple minutes later and I had a new set of 691's on the way, along with a new (3) year replacement warranty. They are scheduled to arrive tomorrow. They also emailed me a prepaid UPS label for return service of my 690 speakers. I know they can cost a bit more than some other internet electronic dealers, but damn, they sure took care of me

I concur great company and support is a big value add over some others IMO. I've bought returned stuff from them in past which I'd normally never do that with electronics but never had a issue. Also thought nice touch how they include factory HU plug adapters & car install instructions for your specific car when doing car stereo installs.

+1 for Crutchfield CS. They are the Biketronics version of Auto audio. My wife was kinda jealous of the Sony BH810GS I recently Bought from Biketronics and installed in my SG. So I got her one from Crutchfield for her Jeep, The install kit fit perfect and after having to send back the adapter modual/wire harness for the right one (my fault) it sounds awesome. It was the fact that they are there on Sundays taking Tech Support and any other calls, just for questions about Jeep wiring etc..That makes the difference. Prices were no more than any other stores I looked at.
