I have my Limited 2015 now 4 weeks and all of a sudden the riders HD headset is giving no sound at all. Followed the manual and in the screen the headset is visually reacting on the volume switch, showing the volume up and down. The passengers headset works normally.
Last ride everythin functioned normal, with exception that my passenger did not got my PTT sounds from the beginning 4 weeks ago...This morning my headset did not give any indication of life, with exception of the visual volume changes. Speakers work normal. Did not change anything in the menu concerning the headset set up.
What can be went wrong?
My riders headset is dead, completely dead...No mechanical impacts on my helmet, nothing of this all.

Problem found andd solved. The head set cord has TWO plugs. One at the tankconnector and the other one at the helmet. The helmet connector SEEMED to be well connected but made actually no contact. Was a fraction of a millimeter pulled out, too few to see. But unplugging and replugging solved the problem. Easy, but one has to check carefully, not only visually...Pfffffffff..
