Default Lost hand controls

I've got the biketronics retro kit for my 2014 SG with a Sony deck. The controls were working fine until yesterday. I cleaned up the bike, and was pressing the left toggle switch (changes source) and then something went wrong. Now, nothing works from the hand controls.

I contacted BT and they say to disconnect the battery to try to reset it. I asked if pulling the main harness fuse would do the same. It does.

Does anybody here have an idea as to how to reset/restore the handlebar controls?

Hi,

If the radio is coming on and seems to work it means our part is turning on (it controls the radio power on 2014+ bikes), I am about 98% sure that the maxi-fuse will reset it but if you want to be safe you could try the battery, or unplug our part while checking the control wire in the fairing as discussed in our emails.

If that does not work we can swap the part out, because of the way it works it would be really weird for the radio to turn on but have no controls though, our part does both of those things at once.

Disconnected the battery, pulled the 3.5mm plug, put back together and it seems to work. Thanks for the help Bill! Probably needed more than just the fuse pulled?
