Well that's a bummer man...
I don't think the AVC alone could have done it.
What are the gains set at?
And where the gains set by ear or DMM?
Where the tweeters set to 0dB or 3dB?

Gains were set by DMM and readjust by ear but we're not past 11 o'clock

Everything sounded great sitting still and at low speed. Didn't have a problem till I got on the highway over 65mph then the sound went to all mids and bass no treble.

Where your gains set with the bike running or off?

What AC voltage did you use to initially set the gains?

The gains were set running at 21.45 for the front and 19.75 for the rear as the rear speakers which were a lower rated speaker compared to the Kappas 62.11 in front

If your AVC was on when the gains were set I believe that's gonna be the cause of the blown tweeters.

That is what I am thinking myself like I said in earlier post everything sounded GREAT till I got on the big road at higher speeds (65++) then everything went GOOFY.

I put the stock speakers in the rear pods at a low volume and the treble was there and checked the fronts with same speakers on the front channels and treble was the there also so I did smoke the tweeters in the front and rear

Bringing this over here per Bertk's suggestion...

I think your volts are good but I think some of your other settings were off
Haze, Gann, SBates and Bertk can confirm but I think you should of had bass and treble dead center which is flat or 0. Also volume should have been 13 ticks for 75% volume. At 10 ticks you were only 58% volume. Once you set gains you shouldn't exceed the volume you set your gains at. I think the volume and the off flat treble you tuned at may be the bigger issue. Once you went above 10 ticks on volume that may have been enough to blow the tweeters with the additional ticks of treble.

The last setting are were they blew at.
When I did the initial set up I was in the middle (flat) on both bass and treble
Volume was 14

Oh got it
Well I'm at a loss then as well. The only thing I can think of is avc as well. But even that seems a little bit of a stretch. Unless it was the truconnect line levelers. The BT ll's are set for our radios 85% volume and to remove the spikes in the hu bass and treble settings.
