I'm pretty sure this may come across as a very dumb question because i just don't know. I may be able to fit the T400X4AD in my fairing along with the Diamond Micro 4 that's already there. This would simplify wiring and help me maintain the available space currently in my saddlebags. Do I need to install the RF Amp running Separate power and ground cables to the battery, or can I tap into the power and ground for the existing amp?
you want a small power distribution box. SO the current power and ground will run into this small box in your fairing then run separate power and grounds to the two amps.

Gotcha!

Will do! Looking at the RF, it looks small enough to make it fit...However, i will know soon.. Any tips on where to get it for the best price?
Why do you feel the Micro4v2 works best with PA speakers? Most people that carry them talk about how much clean power it puts out. Of course that could just be a marketing ploy.

Because PA speakers are normally around 97-99db sensitive so they get very loud very fast, therefore not requiring the same amount of power as a coaxial that is 92db lets say to get to the same volume.
I tested the Micro2 which is rated at 100w @4ohm and the Micro4 is rated at 80w@4ohm. It sounded good, but I wasn't blown away. The Arc Moto 600.4 is for sure louder and the T400X4AD I think is louder as well.

Ok, So what do you guys think about the BT4180.14 kit? Reputable company, Comes with 2 line levelers in the kit. I can't stop thinking how much easier it will be just to replace the 1 amp with something better that pushes more power @4ohms and will supply these speakers with what they need. More expensive , yes but the line levelers are like 70 bucks a pop separately... So at 620 I thought it was a deal...
