Hey guys, sorry for the delay. This has been a very tough week at work and didn't get much time to get on the forum. So, I figured out the issue, which was two fold.... I was tricked by the speaker connection tabs on the 692, which have a wire with red embedded going to the smaller post.... So, I thought it was positive. Couldn't see any negative/pos indicators and no documentation...
One I switched that, things improved a bit, but not as much as I thought it should. What I found is that these Arc Moto 692's are some power hungry SOBs. I tweaked the gains a bit for the rear channel via the BT355 and then faded everything to the rear and one by one adjusted the HPFs counter clockwise until that warmth that I was looking for hit and Voila!
I will post a "Turn down for what" video to night, but first here's the first first video I took after making the changes.
LMAO! Yeah the amp is the heart of the system. Must have *****! All of us learn from each other Bro. This audio thing is an art. Gotta have the right speakers paired with the right amp or your system is gonna sound hollow in the open air. Nothing like a car or truck. Then after investing all your money for the right speaker, amp, Hu combo you gotta tune the dam thing to make it sound good in the open air. The garage will fool you every time!
System sounds great Bro!! These guys on this forum are awesome!
