Due to this forum I think I may be served with divorce papers...
I am getting ready to install my new system that has been sitting on the bench for months now and continue to read more and more about the systems you guys are installing. I now think that my system "sucks" well not really, but there is room for "more". So today I decided to order lowers and speaker pods, now I will need to get these spayed to match (this will be damn hard, as I have the Arctic Flash paint set) and decide what to install in the pods. I am leaning towards staying consistent with my fairing speakers but I have no idea of what amp to run or how to set this system up now.
I already have Focal KRC165 for the fairing, Focal 570AC for the bag lids, a BT4180 to push both sets, 2 sets of BT line levelers. Now my question is what do I install in the lowers, what amp do I get, and how do I set this up...
Oh and is anyone in Minnesota willing to come over and help with the install? nice big heated shop and all. I have beer..........
Thanks
Pete
Almost forgot, this is all on a 2015 RG
Just do like I do, We have a BOGO system. Whenever I buy something for the bike, I have to buy her something of equal or greater value. Pricey but keeps the peace lol.

Does this work going backwards??? I bought her a Tiffany necklace last month, does this mean I can spend the same or a bit less or does it have to be at the same time?

Oh you guys are going about this all wrong. I have convinced my riding loving wife that every upgrade is all about her riding enjoyment. If it were just me I would not care. You deserve the best baby.
LOL thats what Howard told me to say about the Ohlins! I do want lowers and speakers also. She wants carpet and new furniture. I just cant win.
As a flooring guy.Depends what's she wants.Carpet gets pricey.Plus new furniture to match.
Better start looking at better stereo components to keep it equal lol
If you wanna go all out get a Cerwin B52, mount it between your radio and speaker boxes and put some Arc Motos in the lowers. The Bass from the Motos will really compliment your Focals
On a budget get some Titan II or Hertz HCX or Mille's MPX and run them in parallel with your K2's.

Haze,
Not that I'm made of money, but I really like to only do something once. This may be because I don't get much time to wrench and work on things so I can't afford the time to redo things. What will the B52 run, just the Arc Motos?
Do you recommend replacing the battery or upgrading the charging system?
OK just went and looked, holy crap that B52 pushes 2x200???
Do I have enough room to have 2 amps in my fairing?
