Do you have the st4.1000 or the pn4.1000? World of difference in those 2 amps.
I am running the st 4.1000 class d amp.not worried about FM reception the stations around here play the same crap over and over. I presently have jl gto 638s. But i have polk mm651 NIB sitting in garage. According to amp manual "ground close to amp".my original plan was to go back to battery but i only skimmed manual prior to this point.after reading that it raised the question.
Changing amp not an option. I do not have rear pods, only fairing speakers. Do i bridge amp ? And run polks? Further down the road looking at 6x9 lid spkrs. Will probably change amp out then or an additional amp. looked at pn4, and the difference is 10 watts rms vs the st4 . both are class D . is 10 w that much difference?thx again for all information
