You're welcome. What speakers did you end up installing?
Still in a holding pattern. Want to get the amp dialed in first then will for sure do a set of ARC Motos and ?????
I totally screwed up and had lunch with Haze and I think I'm gonna need like 10 speaks in the bags and also a pull behind audio trailer full of speaks now.
That boy has a really sick looking sled and amazing sound!!!!
The unicorn is on the run!!!!!!!!!!'
In all seriousness, kind of, gonna do a micro amp bridged and the ARC Moto 692s for now.
Intrigued by the NVX MVPA4 as it will fit perfect on the amp tray next to the BT4180.

Those Moto's should provide the bass your looking for. Post some pics of the two amp side by side when you get a chance. I would like to see that.

Ha! Fun lunch brother.....thanks.
Don't pull the trigger on anything until you have the dimensions for what fits. I know your quick on the draw but gimme some numbers first. Lots of options out there!
Thank u BertK!!!! Never got the hood off today. Installed the speaks inside the lids today. Like it a bunch!!!!
Will provide measurement info regarding the BT4180s potential sister on the tray soon.
Thanks again for the info!!!!

Right on Brotha!!! Will get the measurements posted and proper guidance obtained prior to pulling the trigger.

Tailwind - You DO know you can run 8 speakers off the BT4180? I'd try that first before I invested in another amp. The BT4180 is a beast of an amp! If you're not satisfied with the sound then I would take a look at another amp.

Yeah, the 4180 is a beast but I have a little cross contamination going on that might just **** it off.

Would you mix 2 ohm speaks with 4 ohm speaks long term even though the BT engineers are fairly confident it can be done?
Would you mix 2 ohm 94 sens speakers with 4 ohm 88 sens speakers?
Leading factors.
The 2 ohm (94) speaks in my lids are here to stay.
One of the best all around bass speaks to add to my bags is the ARC Moto 692 (88).
I guess I could find some 94 sens 6x9s and go that route all hooked up to the 4180?
If I stay with the Motos, I'm just thinking that I can get a micro amp and depending on specs will either hook the 2 ohms to that and eliminate the cross contamination, or leave the 2 ohm on the 4180 and hook the Motos and any other bag speakers to the micro.
T, HAT Imagine 6x9's sensitivity are 94.5 for one!
Great lead!!! Can honestly say that I have never heard the HATs thus relying on your guys' experience. They have an amazing reputation in the car audio world. They also look like the tweet is low enough for a side bag mount.
Will search the HD Forum for reviews. Cannot find a bad review on the Motos. Maybe the HATs will bring the same good big bass reviews, but have heard a couple of guys that don't like them in the sled environment, and can only assume that BT made some tweaks for our environment.

A few variables to consider, right?

Gotcha! T What are you running presently? How many speakers and what amp (s) with what HU?
