Default Hertz, Moto or BT

Looking for some words of wisdom, I'm getting the upgrade bug! I have an aftermarket fairing on my Heritage and am digging having tunes again. My present system is a waterproof Jensen head unit, a Cerwin Vega B2 amp and a pair of Polk MM651 speakers. The system cranks, but I've been wondering what going to the next level speakers would give me. Looking around the forum it seems like some choices would be Hertz ECX or HCX, Moto 602s, or the Titan II 6.5s. I don't want to make a lateral move, but I don't want to drop a fortune either. The BT and Hertz ECX are roughly the same price, and the Moto and HCX are a step up from that. You guys who have tried everything, what would you recommend?

Poolboy -

Get yourself a set of Moto 602's! and if your budget allows get the Cerwin Vega B54 and bridge to the Moto's. One word. KILLER.

LL247 has a very good price on em!!

Yes they will still sound very good with 150 watts of power going to em. I've had the B2 and the B52 on em and the more power they get. The better they sound. Also experimented with the Hertz speakers you speak of and the Titan II's. The Moto's have both of those speakers beat hands down. Now the Hertz Mille's sound pretty dam good! But I would still choose the Moto's over the Millie's.

I'm dropping a system in today with a buddy. He is going to use Millies and Moto 602s, so I will chime in after I hear this stuff installed.

I'm still kind of scratching my head about where to put what but the initial thought is 602s in fairing and Millies in tour pack pod. The answer will present itself in a few hours.

Nah, 7.1s won't fit. I'm running an aftermarket fairing with 6.5 openings, really no room for anything bigger.

Sounds like the 602s are coming out on top! Another question, I have a Razor RZ4-2000 sitting on a shelf. Would I be better off using that bridged or sticking with the B2?
