Default 2014 Ultra Limited Read Speakers

OK guys for me..the wiring challenged I am about to start installing audio upgrade.

BT package upfront that will be here tomorrow, started to install the rear Alpine SPR 60's and noticed the spades are different sized vs the apline.

Factory + red speaker side has a smaller spade with a small blue wire spade

- speaker side has black/red with a larger spade/ fed by a blue/black wire

the alpine speakers are the opposite, it's showing the + side has the larger spade connector with the - having a smaller spade on the speakers.

Do I just mash them on with the keeping the same wiring flow or does Harley have a reversed polarity on the speakers?

Honestly, as long as you do the same to both they will be in the same phase and all should be good.

Replace the stock positive wire spade with a 0.250" spade. If you can't find a 2.8mm spade use a 0.187" or a 0.250" spade and squash it to fit snugly.

Had some spare connectors that I swapped out, tried using the original but just not tight enough to suit me.
Got the whole system installed and a quick test sound great. Just have to work some magic and get everything in place so the fairing fits. That's a pretty big mess of wires so I'm sure it's going to be a tight fit.
Other than the alarm driving me crazy at the start it went pretty good overall
