2013 cvo audio advice

I have a 2013 roadglide cvo, it has 2 amps, 1 powering the fairing speakers (5 x 7), with 2 extra tweeters, and 1 powering the 2 saddlebag lid speakers (5 x 7). the system is spec'd as a 1 ohm system.
we just went on a road trip from la to va and I found at 70mph, my stock system is okay. but closer to 80mph, and it is lacking. and of course, now with the avc on, it bumped up the volume at 80 to the point that I now have the front left fairing speaker 'buzzing' most of the time (iow, I think I blew it
)ideally, what I would like to do is to replace the front fairing speakers and be done with it. but if that isn't feasible due to the 1 ohm, I would like to replace the speakers, and the fairing amp, leaving the rear amp and speakers alone.
I know I could just go with the soundzcustomz level 1 system, but honestly, right now I don't have the $600 to spend on audio for the bike. too many other things that have their hands out for my paycheck. but I really need to get something done cause this buzzing is driving me batsh!t crazy.....
appreciate the help. and I did do a search, but honestly, a lot of this audio stuff is way over my head. i'm just trying to have decent sound, for not a lot of money.....
I never had issues with the rear amp and speakers.
This issue is how I got started learning about HD stereos and the options to upgrade them...but that another story
Sounds like you need to do this in two stages.
1. Replace the speakers with a set of good speakers that will live when you do add the amp in stage 2. you have 5x7 speakers in there now and will need to get the HD adapters PN: 77021-98B and 77022-98B to put a set of 5.25 to 6.5 speaker adapters in there. I would go with a quality brand of speaker and one of their mid-level offerings. Such as HAT, Focal, Hertz, Arc Moto. You can do all of this for $300.00 or less.
You can go with cheaper speakers, but you will most likely not be happy with them when you add an amp or you will blow them out and be doing this again. I would go with 4 ohm speakers., they will also work with your 1 ohm amp, this allows you so many more options when you start choosing your amp.
2, Add a amp later when it fits your budget. There are so many options for amps and that will be a different discussion
