I bought the ipod interface kit from Iron Cross Audio in feb 2015 for my 2011 Ultra Classic. Everything was working fine until recently, now it will not come up on my radio, but it will charge my iPhone. I have contacted Iron Cross numerous times but I have not gotten any response in over a week, last week they emailed me to say the company was looking into it. I have tried other phones and have the same result. I plug in the Aux jack and it comes up no problem. I checked all connections, and were fine. Before I take this out does anybody have any ideas what it could be. I should of gotten the Harley ipod interface kit I know they would of taken care of it or find out what is wrong. Saving 50 dollars wasn't worth it.

 

I had this problem , they sent me a new cable for the iphone and all was good again. Call iron cross.

 

Yup, check your cable. Mine did the same thing. Try not to kink it ir pinch it real bad.

 

That's what I was thinking it was the cable but for some reason I can't get nobody from iron cross to talk to me or email me. I would try that if they would send me cable some poor support from iron cross

 

I finally got a email from iron cross and was told they longer have that and referred me to the company and said that it is not the cable, really how do u know if I don't have a cable to check. I can see why they longer have it because it is poor quality and don't last. Should of bought the Harley interface kit
