HD radio and D class amp question?

HD radio and D class amp question?
I am upgrading my HU to a KDC-X998. I had FM with my KDC-X599. But was not really strong. My question is. Is HD radio affected by the D class amp as with most standard FM reception.? Thanks

It depends, I have the BT 2180 amp, Which is more FM freindly than some amps and keep my antenna wire away from the ground wire and have extra insulation on it plus a few ferrite filters here and there. I get lots of HDFM channels.

I have the RZ4-3000D. Have copper tape on the antenna wire. I never thought of the ferrite collars? Might try that? I just was not sure if the HD signal was as affected at the FM frequencies.
