Easy test, swap speaker leads side to side at the amp and see if trouble follows.

I will have to say I had a gremlin, I never had chance to take fairing off to find out....it's working like it should....never did anything. I'm glad but just confused about why it did it

I'm hoping not for your sake so you don't have to take the fairing off but I'm afraid from the sound of it something is loose in there that's wiggling just enough to make it lose connection with movement. Glad its back working for you now though. Good luck!
