YOu could go either way. If you use the 4v2 you will be no where near the power that you would want for those drivers. We do run the B3 in parallel with drivers unlike the st 25s because the "caps" that come with B3s are actually a crossover the will regulate power as well as freq. According to Douglas the owner of Dd audio when I last spoke to him. Now that being said...Haze and bunker are correct....You will most definitely want to eq some of the horn out or you will find it being very very bright. We have installed that setup several times at the shop and tuned properly it will sound just plain amazing. If you are getting a good deal I would suggest giving it a shot.

Have you ever tried running a T2 tweeter or similar with the vom6.5 instead of the horns? I'm wondering if that combination wouldn't be as bright sounding.

Yes that's actually similar to what I have setup in my bike now. I have the sVO 165s with the ml280 tweeters. I used the DD audio TXO-HP to run parralel with the drivers and I like the way it arounds alot. Not overly bright. But I am not a huge fan personally of alot of highs either. If you would like to run the vo 6.5 with something like the T2 tweeters you will need to use the TXO-HP or something similar. But I personally think ithey sounds really good that way.

what year/model bike? Where did you mount the tweeters? I have a 14 sg and was thinking about mounting the tweeters in the grills since I don't have extra gauge hole and I still have fairing mirrors.
