Speaker question
Does anyone make an aftermarket 5x7 for the 13 and below boom audio lids other than j&m or BT? My boom audio speakers couldn't handle the kenwood kac-m3004 amp. They sounded good for a little while but gave up quick lol...

This is the 5x7 that was recommended to me, but i used an adaptor to install 6x9s.

V-twin has them for the pre Rushmore lids $90.00 and I thought I read BT has them if you buy their speakers. I don't know if that's true or not. I have the j&m setup in my 16 sgs. It sounds pretty good at highway speeds. Everyone that rides with me wants to be behind me to listen to the music. I just Dont like my 16 as much as I like my 08 sg and I'm looking to upgrade the speakers in the lids. I have the infinity kappas in the fairing but want to find something to replace the lid speakers and not break the bank. Thanks for the fast replies.
