I see a lot of guys looking at upgrading their system over the winter. I was one of them also. Thought I would share my setup. Would also like to give Gannicus a shout out for his help and education, and just flat out being a great resource. The sound is unbelievable compared to the stock setup. Now I'm not much of an audiophile, but I'm pretty impressed with the sound from just 2 speakers.
The amp fits like it was designed for the fairing, running the amp wires down thru the top tray hole to the left side of the radio. This is where I mounted the BT355 and placed the majority of the wiring. My picture will look a bit different from other bikes, since my bike was a police model and I added a stock 4.3 HU and speakers 2 years ago and made my own wire harness for everything.

Lightning Audio 8ga from Amazon worked great ran power and ground back to battery using the red power cable it was at least 18'. Just marked with green electrical tape to mark it as ground. Actually getting ready to buy another for my friend.
I was thinking the same thing. That little amp looks huge. I was thinking about putting two of them in my bike. Questioning that now.
Hammerhead, How is the FM with that amp? Loose any reception? Thanks
If I didn't make the mount which raised it about 3/4" I bet I could get two in their. Running same way just shoving it up toward the dash. I have the Harley hidden antenna and the amp is literally less then an inch away from it. I fill like FM reception is the same. I factory reset the radio and when I went and rescanned my radio channels to memory it found them all, even inside my garage. Couldn't be more happy with that amp definitely a deal at $150.
