Not trying to hijack thread, but I have the exact same set-up and I think I was told to set it at all pass. What is the difference?

No difference. Just a matter of preference. AP lets all the frequencies pass through. HP cuts off the lower frequencies under 80hz. Mostly everything below 80 hz is getting into bass. Not gonna get too much bass from the kappa's. So after setting this thing up 100 times I found the optimal setting to be HP crossed at 80 -100 hz.
