Got the fairing back on. The clutch side BT bracket arm was off a little. Of course that also moves the rest of the mounting holes off center.
It cleared the amp and BT LL positions.
Your install is coming along nicely!
The extra bolts added to the BT speaker bracket can affect fitment. When snugging the extra bolt down watch and see if the bracket arm moves. Enlarging the hole in the bracket for more play and adjusting the length of the spacer behind the extra bolt may help.
I was test fitting my BT brackets to try to figure out where to drill the "extra hole" in them. I like the idea of strengthening the mounts to the inner fairing. Anyway I put the long bolt for the outer fairing in place to try and get things lined up and It was a tight fit.SF

Those extra bolts near the 11 o'clock and 1 o'clock speaker hole positions do damn good things for that inner fairing!!! 1/4 20 bolts either 1 1/2 or 1 3/4" and also 1" plastic spacers from Home Depot ground down to about 3/4 on bench grinder work well!!!
As for that long bolt hole, I just loosened up those 2 Philips screws on those long bolt sleeves and realigned and things fit perfect.

Well worth the 5 bucks at Home Depot!!!!

Awesome, I was wondering where to find the spacers. Thanks T.

At Home Depot in the specialty bins but have a close at the various sizes as they all seem to have the same OD but there are a few different interior diameter options. Found some that were perfect for the 1/4 20 bolt.

How many bolts per bracket? Looks like one from the pictures.

Im surprised that BT hasn't added that bolt hole in the brackets.
Ditto. It looks like it would move around way too much without it.
The inner bounces a lot without those bolts. I made it a point to add them since I was pulling the brackets out. My spacers look just like the ones pictured, but I pulled them from some retired medical equipment. Free is always nice.
