While I see tons of commercial business for aftermarket.. I want the best for under 1000......hog tunes, J&M and now Biketronics.. HD offers 0 support for the do it yourselfer.. a lot of highway miles.. sound is important.. thoughts ??
Without question u will need the Biketronics BT355s w Breakout Harness, which improves the HU signal for aftermarket equipment but also is the device that makes aftermarket upgrades "plug and play."
While ur at it I would also get the Biketronics fairing speaker pod eliminator brackets.
From that point it's simply finding the speaker and amp combination that meets your listening desires.
Most folks can smoke the systems you mentioned well under those listed prices. Some spend the same or more and get loud at 90mph +.
