These are a very popular budget coax speaker that tend to be more on the bright side. Do to being 2ohm speakers they can get pretty loud without a ton of power. For what you are looking for these probably wouldn't be a good choice.

would the Soundstream TN4.900D 900W be a good match for the DD aw6.5? Would I need line levelers with this amp?

That's probably the best sounding amp on a budget, but know that you likely won't get it to fit in the fairing. There are some creative ways to larger amps like that one in, but usually it's mounted in the bags or tourpack.

No line levelers needed, but I do recommend some simple line out converters.
