Has anyone heard of or used sinister sound for their audio? They offer a kit with 2 speakers (in pods) and an amp, either arc or diamond, for $999. I've watched their videos, and it sounds great, but would like to hear from someone with first hand experience. Thanks!
2 speakers and an amp for a grand? That's retail plus unless your getting Focal and even then I would say PASS...

For a grand you can have the BEST 2 speaker system.
Do NOT buy any "kit"
You need to know what the speakers are and what amp is included. Arc has a 600.4 that retails for $650 and a 125x2 that is about $300. Diamond has a micro 4v2 for about $400 or a 2 channel for $300 or so.
They do not disclose what the exact speakers you are buying other than staying us made. Not many in that size at all us made. Hard to justify that cost when they do not disclose the brand of speaker. Also if proprietary then they would have an exclusive agreement with said manufacturer to distribute solely through them. Too much unknown and price too high imo.

Slye is exactly right. I've had personal experience and heard this system. They build an entirely new enclosure for the speakers. 13 down bikes and 14 up bikes. The tweeters are also imbedded in the enclosure. A whole lot of fabrication involved. It is a proprietary system. Hence, Why it cost so much. For that amount of money you can do much better!! I do know what speakers they are using but I'm not at liberty to say. Hit up Haze at BAL! You'll get a much better system for the money!!
