speaker/amp upgrade

I think I've made a decision.
Infinity Kappa 62.11I 6.5" 6-3/4" 2-Way Coaxial Car Speakers 6-1/2" Harley 2 Ohm, fairing and tour pack.
Soundstream PN4.1000D 1000W 4-Channel Picasso Nano Series Class D Amplifier.
Metra 82-9601 6-1/2" to 6-3/4" Speaker Adapter for 1998-2013 Harley Davidson Touring Models.
BOSS Audio KIT2 8 Gauge Amplifier Installation Kit
8 Gauge, High Performance, AmpInstallation Kit with RCA and Speaker Wire.
30 ft of Speaker Wire
20 ft. 8 GA Red Power Cable, 16 ft. 18 GA Blue Turn-On Wire, 3 ft. 8 GA Black Ground Cable
Competition Quality Fuse Holder with AGU Fuse Plus #10, 5/16" and 1/4" Ring Terminals
6 ft. Split Loom Tubing, (3) Rubber Grommets and (20) 4" Wire Ties
A few more questions before I fully commit.
1. Boss amp install kit was recommended with the soundstream amp on Amazon. Is this a good install kit?
2. What other wiring will I need?
3. Will I need another set of adapter rings for the tourpack?
4. Will this amp completely kill my FM reception?
5. How will the amp mount on top of my stock head unit?
6. Anything else I'm missing?
Any other suggestions on speakers and amps welcome.

2. If you keep the stock head unit. You will need two PAC SNI-35 line levelers.
3.You will need 1/2 in adapter rings to mount the Kappa's in the rear pods
4. Not completely. You will get some stations.
5.Mounted on top of the HU with industrial velcro from home depot and cable ties.
6. Speaker wire needs to be 16 gauge and you will need a set of 1'.5" stinger rca cables for the amp.
