Spotify or Apple Music in combination with Boom! Stage II
Maybe someone already posted a thread on this and is the answer out there already, but cannot seem to find the answer to whether it is possible to 'control' music in Spotify or Apple Music, ie skip songs' from the handlebars/Boom! audio on my StreetGlide 2014. It would be when I would download music in Apple Music or Spotify.
Does anyone have experience with that?
You can use MusConv to transfer songs between apple music and spotify, I've been using it and i think it has been the easier way to transfer playlist from one to another.
You can connect Spotify to car stereo with Aux-In Cable or transfer Spotify tracks to an external USB drive or to burn songs to CD.For me I burn CD from Spotify by using the Spotify music downloader via Tunelf,if you are using other music platform you can use other converter to download songs to MP3 then create a CD with your favorite songs only to listen without limitation.
To answer the OP question which was can you navigate around with the Stock HU not convert files. The answer is yes you can chose playlists albums songs etc with the hand controls. One of very few good things the Stock HU does.
As for Apple Music and Spotify, I choose Apple Music. As a big fan of iOS device, I use iTunes and Apple Music for enjoy media files, audio files. But recently I got an Android device from my friend and I tried to load some Apple Music files to it for listening. But I failed. Then I searched the solution on the web and found an Audio File Converter Mac. It states it can convert Apple Music to Android device supported formats. Then I gave it a try and succeeded. Nice tool.

CD's? bike's don't even have CD players anymore, and to the OP yes you can use the bar controls to do pretty much whatever you want.
Even though this thread is three years old, your question about controlling music from the handlebars/Boom! audio on your StreetGlide 2014 with Spotify or Apple Music is still relevant for anyone using such systems on their rides. While I don't have specific information on this, it's a good idea to check with motorcycle audio system experts or communities for any updates or solutions that may have emerged over the years. Also, if you're still actively involved in music promotion, you might want to buy SoundCloud plays cheap from reputable sources. This can help enhance the visibility of your music on platforms like SoundCloud, even after three years.
