Default 6.5 Radio Reinstall

Anyone reinstalled 6.5 and DSP ???
Getting ready to do this and it has been 3yrs since ran original BT setup which was bt brackets ,4180 7.1 6.5 6x9 and stock head unit.if I was running this setup then anyone know what extra parts I might need. Don't remember how many pac locks had or even if I need them now. Maybe post should be show me how you wired your 6.5 to dsp and three amps and what hardware is needed.
Two other question moving one amp to tour pak what power / ground disconnects ? and I have Molex build yourself disconnects on saddle bags now don't like them any better ideas ?

Thanks: Super excited two better amps and dsp/6.5 back with some help think I can get it.

Hope lack of input is not a sign of this being a bad idea, time will tell !!!

I can tell you after this weekend I have zero desire to put the 6.5 back in

I bought a used Zumo 660 a month or so ago and just ad a chance to use it this past weekend. Night and Day difference, seriously HD should be ashamed of that GPS and upgrade process. I downloaded the latest updates from Garmin before I went out and everything was there. Hell it even has a 3D view to show upcoming offramps complete with signage!

Now I will be putting the 4.3 in as it's still the best option to navigate my mp3 collection. That and this damn 998 keeps giving me heartache (I think I might have a bad one).

I don't see much chatter about the PSM other than on here, don't know if that's a good thing or bad. Lots of JL FiX installs though.

You know the best sounding bike, and by far the most bad **** monster in Daytona ran a stock rushmore HU.

Fly --- you'll need to LOC's to keep fade and connect them to the DSP with two short RCA cables.

If your going DSP with the 6.5 the JL FIX 2.0 is out now. It has the standard speaker level input with rca outs to amp. This will get the 6.5 digitally flat. The 2.0 version (just need to own the fix and download the new 2.0 software which will flash the fix adding several new features) now has a 10 band built in eq.
So not only will you FINALLY be able to digitally flatten the crap boom headunits built in DSP NO MATTER WHAT THE BIKE IS FLASHED TO using speaker level inputs AND has the built in eq/crossover.
Good stuff.
