My wife and I happen to be vacationing in Idaho so made a trip down to Moscow today and stopped by Biketronics. As many have said here Michael and Donna are great people and gave us a great tour of the place. Michael has been making some improvements on the BT brackets based on feedback like seen here on the forum. He's also working on some new stuff that looks to be awesome.
Ya I am not sure who the lady was I talked to on the phone a couple of times last week about their modules, but she answered every question and was nice as can be. A+!
I just put in a set of the speaker brackets last week. They have the hole drilled in them now for the missing bolt, but still did not include the hardware. Holy crap those speaker pods were a pain in the rear to take out.

Michael said he was still working on engineering the hardware. He did give me a couple of prototype standoffs to try out.
That's awesome to hear these guys are always thinking of ways to improve products for us!!
Some of the other changes he said he made was opening up a little more clearance around the glove box and moving the mounting holes for the CB module so it clears the outer fairing better.
