My distributor carries Polks, I picked up a set to try out but haven't had an ultra come in yet for me to test. To me the AD's are a tough speaker to beat at that price point.
The AD's are a beast!! June sells those pods for $150 bucks. Much better quality than the stock pods and they accommodate most any 6.5 speaker without spacers!!

Note: June's Pods are for Pre Rushmore. As Gann stated the quality is excellent. I have them (thanks G) and I'm tempted to try to find a shallow 8" to try to fit them.

I have the ones for the Rushmore King pak. They are made for 6.5" speakers (specifically made to fit Focal KRC, I had Moto 602s and Focal EC165K, KRC eeplacement, back there no problem)
Can you keep the volume and intercom connection with these?

That I don't know, my bike doesn't have that stuff. You would have to contact the company.

Got the Polk 652's installed WITHOUT 1/2" spacers! Plenty of clearance for the switches. You just need to orient the speaker correctly so there isn't any interference. Fit was a little tight, but not forced. FYI I hate the grills. When I get a chance, I will stop by the local car stereo place to see if they can find plain grills that fit.

Is that the stock Rushmore pods? Do you know if the Boom Stage I grills will work?
